An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Project Engineer to join an internationally established provider of maritime services.
Previous experience with planning and supervising ship condition surveys, repairs and upgrades.
You will report to the Technical Services Director and your main accountabilities are:preparing or reviewing specifications for new build and conversion/repairplanning retrofitting of equipment and life extension of existing shipson-site supervisionperform engineering and naval architectural calculations provide CAD draughting support

We are looking for an experienced marine professional for independent engineering work and project management. You should be able to plan and supervise ship condition surveys, repairs and upgrades. Candidates should have experience in ships machinery and piping systems, developments in environmental legislation and propulsion optimisation. Work will involve maintenance, upgrading ships to comply with environmental legislation, implementation of energy efficiency management.
